1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing https://fireplans.in or engaging FirePlans Design & Drafting Solutionsfor drafting and design services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
FirePlans provides fire protection system design, CAD/BIM drafting, hydraulic calculations, MEP coordination, and related liaisoning services. Scope, pricing, and timelines for a specific project are agreed separately in a quote or proposal before work begins.
3. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate project information, reference drawings, and timely feedback. Delays in providing required information may extend delivery timelines.
4. Payments
Payment terms are outlined in each project quote. Work commences upon confirmation and, where applicable, receipt of the agreed advance payment. Final deliverables are released upon full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Intellectual Property
Drawings and deliverables produced for a client become the client’s property upon full payment, for use on the specific project they were prepared for. FirePlans retains the right to reference completed projects (with client consent) for portfolio and marketing purposes.
6. Revisions
Each project quote specifies the number of included revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be billed separately.
7. Regulatory Approvals
While FirePlans drafts to applicable codes and standards, final approval authority rests with the relevant local authorities. We are not liable for delays or denials caused by factors outside our drafting scope.
8. Limitation of Liability
FirePlans’ liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific deliverable in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with written notice. Work completed up to the point of termination will be billed according to the agreed terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
